Magnesium has long been known as an important element for successful coral growth. This liquid solution allows for simple regular top-ups of magnesium to keep them at optimum levels (1200 to 1280 mg/litre).

Dosing is really down to consumption levels within the tank, and for this reason we recommend using a good quality test kit. The only thing we would suggest is that magnesium addition does not exceed 2ml per 100 litres of tank water on a daily basis as it can cause stress to the corals.
