- For items in stock we aim to ship your order within 24 hours of funds clearing.
- Delivery times will depend on your selected shipment method at checkout. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but this is provided that our shipping partners meet their estimated delivery times. For that reason, any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund less any applicable restocking and delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
- Prior to returning any products, please contact us at orders@oceankingdom.co.uk stating your original order number and return reasons within 7 days from the date of delivery. All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months (except perishable items such as fish food). Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase your goods will be repaired by us.This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.
- Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you many return your goods (at our cost) for a replacement or full refund, providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay cheque (made payable to Ocean Kingdom Limited) although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.
- Ocean Kindgom Limited does not hold information relating to the credit/debit card used to make purchases through our web site. - We offer a price promise or price match on selected products. Please use the contact us section to request a price match stating your details and the exact web address where the price has been found cheaper. We will then verify this information and confirm or otherwise that we will match or better the price. This price match does not apply to postal charges.
- From time to time we will offer money off or multi-purchase offers to customers who are registered with us. We will inform customers of these offers via email with a dedicated promotion code that will allow you to take advantage. Please ensure you input this promotion code at the check-out stage to claim your benefit.
- Viewing Orders
- Your orders can be viewed by logging in to your account section of the Ocean Kingdom website. Recent orders are displayed by default in the first section of the screen. Simply click on the “view order” section to reveal the details of what you ordered and their current status.
- Older orders can be found by clicking on the “My orders” section in the left hand menu bar of your account area. All of your orders will appear, starting with the newest first. Once again, you can click on the “view order” section to see the details.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information at any time by logging in to your account area. Here you can change your password, email address and add alternative shipping addresses to your address book. All of these facilities are accessed via the left hand menu. Clicking “Account information” will allow you to update your email address and password, and clicking “Address book” will allow you to add or amend your billing and delivery addresses.
- Please ensure that you keep your email address up to date as we will use this to send you promotional offer codes which you can redeem at the Ocean Kingdom online store.
