This new addition to the Korallen Zucht range builds on the successes of the amino acid additives developed for corals. This additive is a mixture of vital amino acids that aid fish metabolisms and improve nutritional values of frozen and flake foods.

The additive has several benefits and these include, improved fish colouration, improved survivability following disease and improved vitality through the provision of a balanced diet. We use this additive when our breeding pairs of Baggani Cardinals finish another brood. Given that the male does not eat for some three weeks whilst incubating the eggs, we find this is a great way of boosting his nutritional needs following the prolonged fasting period.

Dosing is done into the food mix you make up for your tank. We tend to use one drop per cube of frozen food on an alternating basis (i.e. every other batch we make up, which lasts about a week). This is concentrated stuff so you need to make sure you don?t overdose on this. We should also mention that you don't need to be employing the full ZEOvit method to benefit from using this additive.
