
Ordering Guide
This guide is designed to help with ordering products from the
Step 1 – Find what you want to buy.
You can do this by selecting a category from the drop down list at the top of the homepage or typing in the product name into the search bar.
Step 2 – Add the item to your shopping cart
This is done through clicking the “Add to Cart” button on each product page. When you do this you will be taken to your shopping cart where you will see a description of the item you have added along with the unit price and quantity required. The quantity always defaults to 1 so if you need more, you can highlight this box and update the number. After you do this, hit the “Update shopping cart” button below the quantity box to update total value that is in your shopping cart.
At this stage we’ll also check to see if there are enough items in stock for you and if there is not you will get a notification message below the product description telling you how many will not be shipped in 24hours and will follow on afterwards.
If you need to add other items to your basket simply use the top navigation bars to find the other items you require, or use the search facility to track them down.
Step 3 – Finalising what you want to buy
Once you’ve finished shopping, click on the “My Cart” box on the left or right hand side of the page you are on to take you back to your shopping cart. At this stage you can amend the quantities of items you wish to purchase or remove items from your shopping cart.
Once you have finalised what you want to buy, you then have the opportunity to apply any discount coupon codes you may have (These will be sent to you via email from time to time).
These coupons will deduct the relevant amounts from you sub total and then you are ready to hit the “Checkout” button.
Step 4 – Checkout
You will now be greeted with a screen that asks you to log in if you are an existing customer, or if not ask you whether you’d like to create an account or just pay for this order as a 1-off. We’d highly recommend setting up an account as this has a couple of great benefits. Firstly, you only need to create you billing and shipping details once and next time you order, it will simply be a case of logging in. Secondly, we send our account customers regular email offers which include discount coupons for future orders so it is likely to be cost effective in the long run.
Once you have decided how to proceed the process guides you through what is required.
Step5 – Billing & Shipping addresses
You will be asked to complete a form asking for your name and billing address. At the bottom of this form is a button asking if you would like to add a different delivery address. If you say “ship to this address” then that’s all for this stage. If you say “ship to different address” then you will then be asked to enter the delivery address details.
Step 6 – Selecting your shipping method
Here you have the option to select the shipping method for your order. This will include the costs of the various options and the corresponding speed in which you can expect delivery. Pick the one that suits you and your ready to proceed.
Step 7 – Payment method
You will now be taken to the Protx secure server to enter your credit card details for processing the order. Once you have entered the details you need to hit the submit button to allow the debit of you card.

Step 8 – Confirmation
We’ve reached the end! You’ll now see a confirmation note with a summary of your order and the corresponding order number. Feel free to write down this number, but we will also send this to you via email.
You’ll also receive two more emails from us before your product arrives. One which will be your e-invoice confirming that the order has been processed, the monies have cleared and the stock is ready to go. And a second confirming that we have shipped your products to you.
